CHANGE IN NO-SHOW FEES

The following No-Show fees went into effect on September 1, 2015. Please see fees below:
NO SHOW CONSULTATION : $150
NO SHOW TESTING APPOINTMENT: $75
NO SHOW FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT: $40

This no show policy will be strictly enforced. Our patient appointments are valuable. Canceling the appointment in a timely manner allows our office ample time to contact patients on our waiting list.
These fees are considered "non-covered" by your insurance carrier.
